⚠ Entwurfsfassung
3. Was gelöscht wird
E-Mail-Adresse,
4. Was bleibt
zugeordneten digitalen Inhalte. Eine Erstattung für bereits vollständig
bereitgestellte Inhalte findet in diesem Fall nicht statt
(AGB § 13).
Delete account
for the online game Glimmerfall
⚠ Draft version
This text is a draft and has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer. The German
version is the legally binding one; this translation is provided for
convenience.
You can have your Glimmerfall account deleted at any time — our
privacy policy
says so too. This page explains how to request the deletion and what
happens.
1. How to request the deletion
Send an e-mail to
info@e-networkers.de
asking us to delete your account. So that we find the right account,
please include one of the following:
the e-mail address your account is linked to, or
your account ID — eight characters made of digits and
the letters A to F. You can find it in the game's account area (in your
profile and in the settings, the gear on the title screen) under “Your
account ID”; the button next to it copies it.
A guest account has no e-mail address; that is what the account ID is for.
Nothing more than this e-mail is needed.
2. How quickly
We delete your account without undue delay, at the latest within
30 days of receiving your e-mail, and let you know once it has
been deleted.
3. What is deleted
the account itself with your display name and — if linked — your
e-mail address,
your game data with everything that belongs to it: progress,
collected creatures, companions, equipment and guild,
the location-related data on our servers: your last map position, the
revealed map cells and the harvest rows,
the abuse-detection signals,
the digital content assigned to the account, including purchased
content (section 5).
If you have fought against other players, their own duel result stays with
them — without any reference to your account.
4. What remains
Purchase and receipt data are kept for 10 years due to
commercial and tax retention obligations (see the privacy policy,
section 7).
Data on your device: settings and game progress are
also stored on your device. You delete this data yourself by deleting
the app or by deleting the game's stored website data in your browser
settings.
If you keep playing on the same device after the deletion, the game may
create a new guest account and transfer the progress still
stored on the device to it. If you want to stop completely, also delete the
app or the website data.
5. Purchased content
Deleting the account removes the game progress and the digital content
assigned to it. No refund is given in that case for content already fully
provided (terms and conditions, § 13).
6. Signing out is not deleting
If you sign out in the game, you keep playing with a new guest account. The
previous account remains until you request its deletion.
7. If you never knowingly created an account
An account is created even without signing up: on first start the game
creates a guest account, and entering an e-mail address to receive a
sign-in code creates an account for that address. The same way as above
applies to both. If your e-mail address was entered without your
knowledge, simply tell us that address.
If you first played as a guest and later signed in with an e-mail address,
these are two separate accounts. After signing in, the game no longer shows
the account ID of the earlier guest account. If you still know it, please
include it as well.
8. Your other rights
Which other rights you have — for example to access, rectification or
objection — and where you can lodge a complaint is explained in the
privacy policy
(sections 8 and 9).
